At Compomax the Business Development Team is tasked with this objective. Whether you join as a Business Development Trainee or an experience Business Development Analyst, you will work directly under the Business Development Director and shareholder of Compomax Company Limited; Mr. Vikan Chirawatpongsa.

History of the Business Development Team

The Business Development Team was established in 2008 initially to redesign the organization workflow and accounting layout to suit the modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The team then moved on to work in many other areas such as:

• The restructuring of sales force
• The use of modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for sales management
• Purchase Management
• Warehouse improvements
• Setting up of the marketing department
• Recruitment campaign
• New Business Startup

In 2013-2015, the team will focus mainly on the increase of Manpower and the expansion on to the new Asian Economic Community
