Internal Control Officer เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมระบบการทำงานภายในองค์กร

Internal Control Officer is responsible for controlling and auditing all internal processes ranging from Supply Chain (Sales, Purchase, and Inventory) to Accounting and Finance to ensure that all of the operational processes run smoothly. He/She will be monitoring in real time the status of the companies operation, when there is a stoppage of the flow, he/she is responsible for identifying the problem, solve, fix, or get approval for the issue. This particular position is of an entry level and will work under an Internal Control Manager to carry help him/her solve each issue.

Internal Control Officer รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมและตรวจสอบระบบการทำงานภายใจของบริษัททั้งหมดใน Supply Chain (ฝ่ายขาย, ฝ่ายจัดซื้อและคลังสินค้า) รวมทั้งด้านบัญชีและการเงินเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการทำงานของทุกส่วนดำเนินไปด้วยดี รวมทั้งยังมีความรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ หาสาเหตุของปัญหาและมีหน้าที่ในการช่วยตัดสินใจประเด็นต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละวัน โดย Internal Control Officer จะทำงานภายใต้ Internal Control Manager โดยมีหน้าที่ทำงานแก้ปัญหาที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Salary 18,000-25,000

Qualification

• มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• Practical in work application
• มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจขั้นต้น
• เกรดเฉลี่ยขั้นต่ำ 2.5 ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, MIS หรือ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• เกรดเฉลี่ยขั้นต่ำ 2.7 ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
