Service Engineer
Service Engineer is responsible for the developing solution for the customers using the product and services that Compomax has to offer. From designing an application for the production line, solving the manufacturing problem, improve efficiency, to demonstrating the return on investment that the customer will benefit from using the Compomax Solution.
Service Engineer ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาโซลูชั่นให้กับลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าและบริการจากคอมโพแม็ก โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การออกแบบ Application สำหรับส่วนการผลิต, แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกระบวนการผลิต และพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งต้องสามารถแสดงให้ลูกค้าเห็นถึงความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนและประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับจากใช้คอมโพแม็กโซลูชั่นได้

- Electrical Control and Power Distribution ไฟฟ้าควบคุมและไฟฟ้ากำลัง
- This position require knowledge of electrical control panel design as well as the power distribution design such as motor control panel, power factor correction panel, and distribution panel

Job Duties
Solution Proposal
- Take in the customer’s requirements
- เก็บโจทย์ความต้องการจากลูกค้า
- Analyse and design the best solution using available product and services
- วิเคราะห์และออกแบบโซลูชั่นจากสินค้าและบริการที่มีอยู่ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- Test out the solution in the Compomax R&D workshop
- ทดสอบโซลูชั่นที่ออกแบบเบื้องต้นในห้อง R&D workshop
Application Support
- Perform support and training to salespeople
- ให้การสนับสนุนและฝึกอบรมเซลล์ฝ่ายขายในด้านต่างๆ
- Perform support and training to customers
- ให้การสนับสนุนและฝึกอบรมกับลูกค้าในด้านต่างๆ
- Assist in preparation and presentation of technical training
- จัดเตรียมและช่วยเหลือในการนำเสนองานฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิค
Production Assistance
- Supervise the production process of the system
- ควบคุมการประกอบระบบโซลูชั่นของกระบวนการผลิต
- Supervise the outsource system integrator and contractors
- ควบคุมกลุ่มผู้ติดตั้งระบบที่จัดจ้างจากภายนอกให้โซลูชั่นเป็นไปตามที่ออกแบบไว้
