The Question
Compomax Company Limited has plans to expand the company and capture additional market shares. It has been suggested that they can be done by the following methods:
- By opening of additional office branch
- By adding additional distributors
The above two methods are different from Compomax’s traditional direct sales business model.
The applicant candidate is to choose one of the two methods and carry out a feasibility study for the particular method chosen.
